During my recent stay at Gran Hotel in Shingu, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and the extensive amenities offered. The hotel is ideally located just a 15-minute walk from Shingu station, making it super convenient for exploring the area's stunning sights like the Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage Routes in the Kii Mountain Range. We borrowed bikes from the hotel to explore the surrounding natural beauty without charge, which was a fantastic way to experience the local charm. Every room was elegantly furnished and equipped with essential amenities, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of adventures, though I must admit, I could have done with a lighter comforter. Gran Hotel blends convenience with comfort, making it a great choice for those seeking a relaxing escape in Shingu!
